This is because there is a direct correlation between the food you eat, and the stability of your health. The ability to ensure a consistent daily balanced diet, is the beginning of your overall healthy experience. It therefore becomes very crucial for every family that embraces good healthy living to have a well prepared feeding pattern, principle and formula, that will act as a guide for them to achieve a good and healthy balanced diet. It is true that achieving a consistent healthy diet, is not so easy, but with a well prepared and organized formula, this complex issue, can be taken care of. This is why today's content is going to focus on how to help every individual and family that love healthy living, to see how to simplify this critical and complex issue. It is quite unfortunate that so many families wake up every day, to prepare whatever they want to eat as food, without taking into consideration, how those foods can affect the health of it's members and the contribution of those foods to the overall family health. Though those foods may be so delicious and highly aroumatic or even contains the most needed ingredients, but sticking to only one pattern of feeding every day, is totally wrong according to dieticians and health experts. When your feeding pattern is not calculated and analyzed, it means you are feeding scatteredly, and when you feed scatteredly like that, your health is also scattered,  hence, you live a scattered life as well. You should at this point begin to understand, that your feeding habit is also related to your life conditions. I believe that today's content will be of a great benefit to you and your family, by ensuring a healthy feeding pattern for you and your family. Though men have known the efficacy of balanced diet towards good health, yet to implement a consistent and continuous balanced diet, is where the problem is. That is why, I want to give you this formula today, that can help you to easily implement a healthy diet in your daily meal. It is called feeding formula, because mathematically, complex equations can only be made simple with the use of formula, once you can remember the formula to any mathematical problem, you are good to go. Similarly, once you can study and remember this formula I want to show you today, forget about struggling to maintain a consistent balanced diet. One thing you need to know right here, is that the formula I want to show you, is in agreement with the professional nutritional pattern of a well balanced diet. Thus, the formula is as shown below;


Time            =             Morning    +    Afternoon    +    Evening

Sunday        =              Carbohydrates  +  Proteins    +  Vitamins

Monday       =             Proteins    +   Vitamins    +   Fats & Oil

Tuesday        =             Vitamins    +   Carbohydrates  +   Mineral salts

Wednesday   =            Carbohydrates  +  Vitamins  +  Proteins

Thursday      =            Fats & Oil   +   Water  +  Carbonhydrates

Friday            =            Proteins  +   Mineral salt +  Vitamins

Saturday        =             Carbohydrates   +   Water   +  Proteins

Where;

Carbohydrates        =     bread, rice, noodles, pasta, cereals, crackers, apples,

                                         bananas, berries, mangoes, melons, oranges, milk, 

                                         yogurts, dried beans, lentils, peas, and so on.


Proteins         =           beef meat, lamb meat, veal meat, pork meat, kangaroo,

                                   chicken, turkey, duck, emu, goose, bush birds, fish,

                                   prawns,crab,lobster, oysters, scallops, eggs, milk,

                                   yoghurt,cheese, and so on.


Vitamins          =         fish, dark leafy greens, seeds, broccoli, pork, lamb,

                                    mushrooms, nuts, eggs, sweet bell pepper, avocados, 

                                    and so on.


Fats & Oil         =       Avocados, butter, olive oil, dark chocolate, 

                                 eggs, icecream,cheese, oily fish, coconut, chia seed,

                                  palm oil, soya beans,

                                  peanut, dairy foods, poultry skin, fatty meats, and so on.


Minerals salt      =    Spinach, avacados, beans, lentils, salmon, sunflower seed,

                                 Brazil nuts, cottage cheese, natural yoghurt, shellfish, 

                                 organ meat, bananas, eggs, pumpkin seed, sweet potato, and

                                 so on.


Water            =     Juices, soda, tea, milk, soup, coffee, drinking water and

                             certain fruits, eg; cucumber and water melon.

By carrying out a good substitution, you can get a very good balanced diet based on your own choice of food and the available food items in your locality. For instance; I can simply get my own feeding formula of any particular day, say; sunday. 

Hence, by going back to the formula above I can simply say;

Time            =             Morning    +    Afternoon    +    Evening

Sunday        =              Carbohydrates  +  Proteins    +  Vitamins

Taking from the set of food items, I can choose my favourite foods, that has the above three nutrients, thus;

I can say, let Morning = carbohydrates = rice, Afternoon = proteins = chicken, and Evening = vitamins = avocados. Therefore, my feeding formula for sundays becomes;

Time            =             Morning    +    Afternoon    +    Evening

Sunday        =              rice  +  chicken   +  avocados.

It means that, I has been able to cover three different food nutrients on the day, sunday. Doing the same for the other remaining days, will mean that my body is able to get different food nutrients for a healthy living. Thus, by studying and implementing this formula every day, you will be able to maintain a consistent healthy and balanced diet for a healthy living. By so doing, you will get to know why this feeding formula is needed by every family. Meanwhile, I shall be looking at the second part of this content right now.


WHY SHOULD YOU HAVE A FEEDING FORMULA?

As earlier pointed out, when you feed scatteredly, you live a scattered unhealthy life, and you will find it very difficult to maintain a sustainable and consistent healthy living for some period of time. Therefore this formula, can help you to be organized and coordinated in your feeding pattern. Amongst the reasons why you need this feeding formula is that, it will simplify the issue of complexity of maintaining a good balanced diet. Therefore, if this formula is implemented, other benefits, you shall be expecting include;

It is true that so many people desire to be healthy, and also to maintain a healthy feeding pattern, but there are certain conditions and factors that may work against this desire of many. Amongst some of these factors are;

1. Season of the year: There are some period of the year, when most of these food items listed above may not be found. The fruits are mostly affected by this factor.

2. Health issues: Some health issues and challenges, may not allow the individual to implement the above feeding formula. Hence, you need to do your health a favour.

3. Economic factors: Economic factors, like high cost of living can affect the ability of some people to purchase most of the above food items, thereby frustrating their desire to implement this feeding formula.

4. Environmental factors: Certain environments may not support the production of certain food items, due to wheather conditions and so on.

5. Cultural influence: Some cultures does not support their people to feed on certain food items, and some cultures also restrict the production and cultivation of certain food crops and fruit trees.

6. Religious belief: Some religious does not encourage their members to eat certain foods, fruits and animal meats.

7. Lack of education or Ignorance: Some people, due to ignorance does not see the need to feed on certain food items, they also discourage others from feeding on certain beneficial food items.

8. Peer influence: Most of the young people are influenced to be addicted to a particular pattern of feeding due to peer pressure.

All these are the major reasons why so many people cannot maintain a consistent good feeding pattern.
