useful in its contribution for a sustainable healthy living, especially the unripe one.  
Pawpaw is highly nutritious and very rich in minerals like; Vitamin C, copper, iron, magnesium and manganese. It is also rich in potassium, amino acids, riboflavin, 
niacin, calcium, phosphorus and zinc. But today, we shall be focusing our discussion
 on the the unripe pawpaw and its potential health benefits.
The potential health benefits of unripe pawpaw based on its nutritious component are as follows: 

Unripe pawpaw is highly rich in vitamins and minerals:  

The vitamins like; vitamins A and C, and minerals like; potassium and magnesium are the major components of unripe pawpaw. These components are highly needed by in the body for a sustainable healthy living.  Vitamin A is needed for perfect vision, skin health and strong body system, It also contribute to the healthy condition of the heart, lungs and other important body organs. Vitamin A is needed for the formation and maintenance of a healthy teeth, skeleton and soft tissues, mucus membrane and skin.
