Therefore, if you are asking whether it is possible for someone to remain healthy and strong from January to December all through his or her life, well the answer is not far fetched. And you will not just find out the answer by reading this blog content, but by putting what you are about to read into action and demonstration.
Therefore, here are two simple life habits, which when you demonstrate them every morning, you remain healthy and strong for the rest of your life:
DRINK ENOUGH WATER

Obviously, we are living in a world where what everyone is after and hungry of is just food, thereby forgetting the health benefits of drinking water. So many people, once they woke up in the morning, the next thing that comes into their mind is to start preparing food to eat. Well, that's good for your stomach's sake but for your healthy sake, it may not be so good. But you must eat food at the same time. But today, we are not battling with the way you want to eat your food, I just want to explore you through the need to start your day every day with at least a cup full of water, whenever you wake up every morning. Ordinarily, water is very good to our health, but there is one secret of good healthy living you must discover today, that is hidden in drinking early morning water before you talk about eating food every morning. I won't be taking you through the definitions of water, but base on the scope of today's content, we are diving into the functions of water to our body, after which I will now take you to the need of drinking water early in the morning each day you wake up, and its health benefits. Let's dive in together:
THE HEALTH BENEFITS OF DRINKING ENOUGH WATER
Water, as a necessity of life offer the following health benefits to our body;
1. Regulation Of The Temperature Of The Body:
Water plays a crucial role in regulating the body's temperature.
This is the reason you notice sweats coming out of your body when doing some
activities especially during hot weather. Then when you drink water
at this point, that temperature of your body systems will be brought back to normal. Which if you
didn't drink any water, you will continue to experience more heat in the inner
systems of your body. And this may not go well with your health.
2. Lubrication Of The Joint:
Just like the moving parts of the machines cannot function very well until they are lubricated with either grease, oil or any other lubricant, the same way the joints of our body cannot work properly and rotate the way they supposed to, until they are lubricated. And it is the water which we drink every time that perform this role of lubricating our joints. When the joints are lubricated, it makes us to move freely and perform other activities without the joints wearing or tearing, it us makes us to be more flexible.
3. Removal Of Body waste Products:
Without enough water present in our body, the removal of certain waste products of metabolism like; urine, sweat, even faeces, will not be possible. Then consider how you will feel when this waste products remain in your body. Therefore, it is the enough water which we drink that facilitates the removal and excretion of these waste products from the body.
4. Protection Of Important Body tissues:
The human body is made up of important tissues which may crack if pressure acts upon them. Therefore, these important body tissues get there protection by the water we drink. Water protects those tissues by acting as a shock absorber. For instant, you notice what always happen when the shock of a vehicle is acted upon by a heavy load, the shock with the help of the oil inside it, will not allow the other parts of that vehicle to feel the whole impact of the heavy load, thereby causing damage to the vehicle. That is the same way the water we drink protects our body system by absorbing certain percentage of the pressure that acts on us every day.
5. Digestion Of Food:
This is another crucial benefit of water to the body, in the sense that it helps the food which we eat every day to be digested and transported to where they are needed in the body. This function of water to the body also helps to prevent constipation. That means, without enough water in our body, the food we eat remains the same, and this is too dangerous for our health.
6. Transportation Of Food Nutrients And Oxygen:
As I just pointed out above, it is the water present in our body that helps to carry the digested food nutrients in our body to their final destinations, where they are needed in our body. Also, water helps to circulate oxygen round our body system. This helps to facilitates respiration.
7. Facilitates The Functioning Of The Muscles:
As we also stated about the joint, water also plays a crucial part in facilitating and improving the way our muscles function. Enough water in our body, help the muscles during physical activities and this helps to prevent muscle cramps.
8. Facilitates The Functioning Of The Body Cells, Tissues And Organs:
It is certain that the cells, tissues and organs of our body cannot function without enough water present in our body.

Why we need to drink water very early in the morning before talking about food:
Now that we can see the importance of enough water in our body, we are therefore going to explore through the health benefits of taking enough water very eary in the morning. This knowledge I want to share with you today, I got it from my old father. The man was a sportsman, and I never knew the secret to his being healthy and strong everyday, even at his old age. Not until I begin to examine his daily activities, especially very early in the morning. In one of my observations, I discovered that, each day he wakes up, he will always demand for a glass full of water. This he normally do everyday nonmatter what. I then began to discover while at his old age, he doesn't visit hospital, because of one sickness or the other. He was agile and can even run faster than some youths that time. After my series of examination and observations, when I asked him, he now opened up to me about the early morning water he normally drink each day he wake up. He told me that that is the secret of healthy life. And when I practiced it, I saw that it was working.
Thus, I decided to add this to my content today, in so much that this blog spot also promotes good, healthy and strong life for every member of this blog family. Hence, the health benefits of drinking early morning water are;
1. It helps to rehydrate your body:
During the night as you sleep, it is obvious that your body got dehydrated, that is; looses certain percentage of fluids or water. Then, it becomes paramount that waking up in the morning, you need to replenish the lost fluid, by drinking enough water before any other thing.
2. It helps to increase your body energy:
When you drink enough water very early in the morning, you are hydrated and hydration helps to increase your body energy, which puts you into alertness for the activities of the day and also helps to fight fatigue.
3. It helps to improve your mental functioning
When you are dehydrated, it can lead to brain fog, which may make you not to focus on the day's activity, but on drinking enough water as you wake up, this issue is being taking care of.
4. It helps to get rid of toxins from the body:
While sleeping in the night, a lot of toxins might have accumulated in your body, then drinking enough water as you wake up can help flush those toxins out of your body.
These are the reason, you should drink enough water once you wake up every day, because your body needs it to function, to remain strong and healthy, even if you may not need it. Thus, form it as a habit from today and use your mouth to testify of the different.
I now move to the second aspect of today's blog. Another life habit you should develop and practice every morning to remain healthy for the rest of your life is the life of exercise.
PRACTICE A LITTLE EXERCISE

When we come to practicing exercise, some people don't actually know it's health benefits to our body. Don't be in a haste to move for work every day, because only a healthy man can go to work or office. Talking about exercise, it is very simple and cannot cost you anything to engage on a 25 minutes exercise everyday before you prepare for your work or office. When we talk about exercise, you may think that the only exercise we have is playing of football or weight lifting as you are seeing on the diagram above. Exercise is never summarized on these two. There are a lot of so many simple other things you can do that also play the part of exercise in our body. As I told you about my old father in the above content, I also noticed that my father that time, after drinking the glass full of water, he will now engage himself in some little hopping, after which he will now enter his bicycle and rid for some meters before he will come back and start preparing for school, as a school teacher. And even there in the school, he will project his students into some little exercises right there on the devotion ground before they will enter into the classes to learn. That is why most of his students that normally come early to join the devotion, hardly complain of pains, malaria or something like that, because every morning, they must generate heat in their body before going for classes. So many of you, enjoys staying in the vehicle 24 hours of the day, so many people if possible, will want to use a car when going to bed, they hate to trek. As a big man, trekking or riding sports bicycle does not take away your social class as a big man, rather, it can take away sickness which millions of dollars may not be able to take away from you. But until you understand the health benefits of exercise, you cannot involve. For this cause, I want to explore with you the health benefits of exercise, especially early in the morning.
Why our body needs exercise nonmatter how little:
The following are the health benefits you are going to derive, if you can be able to make early morning exercise your priority.
1. It helps in maintenance of body weight:
It has been proven both by research and from health experts, that engaging on early morning exercise especially before breakfast can help to control and maintain a better body weight. This is because early morning exercise will help to burn certain amount of fats in the body. This consequently keeps your body weight to normal level.
2. It helps to regulate and maintain better sleep- wake up cycle:
Why early morning exercise may be helpful for a good healthy life is that it will help to regulate your sleep-wake up cycle, which also enhances healthy sleep. To this, you will not oversleep, especially when you might have important things to attend to .This is the reason why soldiers are always at alert, even when they are sleeping. With this you can predict the time you are supposed to wake up.
3. It helps to enhance your mood:
Another health benefit of early morning exercise is that it enhances and improves your mood. This is because, the exercise will release the "feel-good" neurotransmitters, thereby making you feel happy instead of being moody.
4. It enhances metabolic reaction:
Early morning exercise also plays a crucial role to our body in the sense that it helps to speed up metabolic reaction in our body during the day.
This also helps us to carry out our daily activities without feeling fatigue.
5. Reduction of stress:
Early morning exercise plays another important role to our body by helping to reduce stress and weakness during our daily activities.
These and other benefits are the reason you should make time to engage on early morning exercise every day. If you practice it consistently for some months, you can use you mouth to testify it to others.
