For you to maintain a healthy and strong teeth, both at your younger age and old age, it therefore becomes important that you embrace the following food items to be listed, because they contain every ingredients needed to continually keep your teeth both healthy and strong. You know that maintaining a healthy and strong teeth is very important, because of the significant function of the teeth in the human life. Thus, if you must keep your teeth, healthy, strong and at a proper working condition, the following food items are specifically needed in your daily diet:

The egg also contains vitamin D, a mineral that also benefit the teeth in one way or the other.
