Although so many people in their nature doesn't like coming under the sun, because of it's hash nature to our skin. All the same I will not forget to talk about it's health benefits to man as well.

As has been scientifically proved, I want to shall with you on how the early morning sun energy can contribute to good healthy living despite all odds. Early morning sun of the hours of 7am to 10am has some health benefitting components that made it beneficial to mankind all over the world. Then I will be exploring through some of these components of early morning sun, which we should tap every day as to remain healthy.

           What are these health benefitting components of early morning sun?              

The early morning sun is made up of the following health benefitting components:

1. Ultraviolet Radiation ( UVA & UVB):   These two health benefitting components of the early morning sun has the ability to trigger  vitamin D production in the human skin. You know that vitamin D is a food mineral that has a lot of health benefits to our body. Hence;

         What are the importance of vitamin D to us as man?                                   

Vitamin D in it's natural make up, has the following health benefits to man;

1. It helps the body in absorption of calcium.

2. Vitamin D helps in the formation of strong bone in man.

3. Vitamin D helps to regulate the immune system and reduces the risk of autoimmune diseases, such as; Type 1 diabetes, Lupus, Graves' disease, Rheumatoid arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, and so on.

4. It also helps to fight off infections from the human body system.

5. Vitamin D can help to reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases like; heart diseases, heart failure, stroke, etc.

6. It helps to regulate the blood pressure thereby improving overall cardiovascular function.

7. Vitamin D also helps to reduce the risk of certain categories of cancer.

8. It is important to note that deficiency of vitamin D in the body can lead to rickets in children and osteomalacia in adults, a condition characterized by weakened bones.
