If living a healthy life is your expectation in 2025 and beyond, then this blog content is for you. In today's content, I will be taking you through this topic;

             5 HIDDEN SECRETS TO LIVE HEALTHLY IN 2025:

Good health as I always say doesn't just come without some practical efforts you must apply as someone who cherish and value it. But today I will take time to expose and reveal this to you, if paraventure you can keep to the rules and enjoy a healthy living. Thus if healthy living is important to you as it is to me, then let's try to keep to the following secrets of healthy living;

1. MAINTAIN DISCIPLINE.

2. FEED WELL.

3. UNDERSTAND YOUR BODY SYSTEM.

4. GET INFORMED.

5. STAY CONSCIOUS AND CAREFUL.

As our manner is, we shall be exploring through these, for a clear and perfect understanding. Hence, seat back and relax as you enjoy the show.

Let' start with the first one;

            MAINTAIN DISCIPLINE:

According to micro soft; discipline is defined as the ability to exercise self-control, adhere to rules and regulations, and maintain a focused approach towards achieving goals. That is to say that discipline always comes to play any time you want to achieve an important goal. Which means that except you discipline yourself, you cannot achieve any set goals. And I say ones again if your goal is to live healthy, then discipline is indispensable. Base on this content, I will like to give you my own perspective of discipline. Hence I will like to say that discipline is your ability to control your appetite and your desire so as to remain healthy. Many people got sick because of the inability to exercise control over what they eat or drink or even their pleasure. See, if you love your appetite or your pleasure more than your health, you will always got sick. More so, if you are always controlled by your appetite and hunger,  than the other way round, there is every likelihood that you will got sick. For instance, assuming you find yourself in a situation where your appetite need beans and your health doesn't need it at all, or your appetite need to take very cold water but your health does not, it can only take discipline and self-control for you to move towards the side of your health. It is worthy of note that, discipline, is not only synonymous with what we eat or drink. Sometimes, discipline is reflected in the area of your desire and pleasure. For instance, assuming that you desire to sleep in an airconditioned room, but your health needs you to sleep in a warmed room or taking your bath with cold water is your desire but your health needs the warm water instead. It also takes discipline for you to adjust as to suit your health contrary to your desire or pleasure. Hence, it takes discipline to adjust to conditions that will be favorable to our health than our appetite and desire. Similarly, If your appetite has been trained and nurtured, to eat food that contains a lot of salt or pepper, and at the same time it was discovered that your health need it no more,  can you be able to adjust to please your health and disagree with your appetite and pleasure, actually that is what we call discipline. It may interest you to know that 80% of those who discipline themselves in this other, enjoy good healthy living than the other wise. The question becomes;

      WHAT PART DOES DISCIPLINE PLAY IN ENSURING HEALTHY LIVING? 

Discipline plays the following parts in helping us to maintain healthy living;

1. Discipline can help to prevent some chronic diseases such as; heart disease, diabetes, obesity, and so on.

2. Through discipline, we can be able to establish a healthy heath habit, including; regular exercise, balanced diet and adequate sleep.

3. It takes discipline to manage our time even during some physical activities that may weaken our body system. Thus it takes discipline to relax or have rest, without over using your system. This helps to improve mental health, thereby reducing stress and anxiety.      

Hence by following this rule of discipline, you will remain on the safer side of overcoming many diseases and sicknesses. 

Another hidden secret to living healthy is to;

            FEED WELL:

So many at times, we relate the food we eat to our health, and you will find out that they have direct relationship. The rule here states that; the more well you feed, recognizing proper well balanced diet, the more healthy you become or remain and vice versa. It is important to know that what matters here is not how much you feed, but how well. So many people eat much but cannot eat well. That is to say, the quantity of what you eat does not always matter, what matters is the quality of what you eat. Thus feeding well have to do with the nutritional value of the food you include in your daily diet. It may also please you to know that; more than 50% of the people that got sick on daily bases, is as a result of not feeding well. How can you depend only on one class of food nutrient in every single meal, and expect to be healthy? How can you feed on adulterated food, and expect to live healthy? How can you feed on low valued foods because you want to economize, and you expect good health? Remember, if you economize on the value of food to eat, can you still economize with hospital bill? Thus, the quality of what you eat or drink, is a parameter to measure how healthy you are likely to be. It has been shown that those who feed on quality food, also has a quality healthy life than the other wise. The question here is;

1. Feeding well provides the body with essential nutrients needed for optimal functioning.

Understanding your body system implies, having the knowledge of the operation, functionality and the things which your body system likes or hates, rejects or accepts. Notice that in a family of ten children; all of them will have different body system functionality, although born by the same parents. Even identical twins, their body systems may not function the same way. What goes for one person, may not likely go for the other person. It therefore becomes very dangerous to live your life without a proper understanding of the modus operandi of your body system. When you lack the understanding of your body system, you live by mistakes and even fall into sicknesses ignorantly. Mr. A can smoke more than ten packets of cigarettes and go scot free, which if Mr. B smoke only a stick of the same cigarette, it disorganized and disturbed his body functions. Also Mr. B can drink a very cold water or take bath with cold water in a very cool day, and nothing happens to him, Which when Mr. A drink or take bath with such kind of water even in the sunny afternoon, it result to some health issues. When you understand your body system, you live your original life, and there will be no need to copy or imitate another person, who have a totally different life and body system's way of operation. Also when you understand your body system, you live in accordance to the desire of your own body system. The question therefore is;

WHAT ARE THE HEALTH BENEFITS OF UNDERSTANDING YOUR BODY SYSTEM?

Understanding your body system, carries a lot of health benefits, viz;

1. It will help you to know the type of food which your body needs for proper functioning.

2. Understanding your body system will serve as a guide for you to know the type of physical activities or exercises that will not harm your body organs.

3. If you have proper understanding of your body system, it will help you to know the type of weather condition to be exposed to, without falling sick.

4. It also stands as a parameter to guide your appetite and personal desire as not to get sick.

5. Understanding your body system in it's functionality, will help you to know the signs and symptoms of various kind of diseases and how to tackle them in their primary stage.

6. Understanding your body system will help you to know how to relate with your immediate physical environment as not to be infected by diseases.

So it's not time to die in ignorance. Personally, I read Mathematics/physics in the higher institution, but I discovered that I cannot use the knowledge of Mathematics, nor that of Physics to save lives, that is why I decided to establish this blog platform, so that I can help you out there to be updated as I am in knowledge of how to remain healthy, because health and life is more important and precious to me than mathematics or physics. It is a healthy man than can solve differential calculus or magnetism. It is obvious that what could not resulted to minor ill health, may even result to death, simply because someone was not enlightened or informed.
