So many others, because of the regularity of the occurrence of their own sickness, haven been addicted to drugs. Some can't live their life again without drugs. With all this, it becomes impossible for so many to believe the idea that someone can live from year to year without being attacked or infected by one sickness or the other. Now, your ability to know and discover those things, behaviors and organisms that can interrupt your health, is the beginning of your being able to live for so long without complaining of sickness. (b) Overnutrition: Where the body has excess nutrient far more than its demand. That means the nutrient in the body is far much greater than the demand of the body at that particular time.

5. Smoking can cause fertility problems in both male and female.
6. Smoking also leads to dangerous heart diseases by damaging the blood vessels and reducing the body's oxygen level.

If I should advice you to stop consuming alcohol, I may likely turn your enemy. But as my good friend and a precious member of this blog spot, I know you will like to hear the truth, but if the other way round, I will like to choose becoming your enemy by telling you this truth that will make you remain healthy. I am not at the same time trying to stop you from drinking alcohol, but remember too much of everything as they say, I wrong. On your desire to drink alcohol, consider your health, because a dead man have nothing to do with alcohol again. Consuming alcohol in excess is a wickedness against your health, because you are causing your health more harm, at the same time you are interrupting your health by yourself. It is good to drink, but drinking against the wish of your health is both dangerous and devastating. The main question now is;
HOW CAN EXCESSIVE ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION INTRRUPT ONES HEALTH?
1. When you give yourself to excessive alcohol consumption, it always lead to high blood pressure.

Remember drug abuse comes in different minor and neglected ways, and because of so many reasons. But non matter how and why, you need to know that when you abuse drug or use drug against what it is meant for, you are indirectly killing yourself. This is because the most simple easy way of committing suicide is through abuse or abnormal use of drugs. When you use drugs that are meant to cure sickness for a pleasure, I'm sure you know it is abuse of drug. This will surprise you too, that when you are taken drugs while you are healthy and have no need of drugs at that time, it is also drug abuse. Drugs are meant to cure sickness, hence anything more or less, is abuse and very dangerous and extremely ruinous to your health. The question therefore is;

Drug abuse has both a short term and long term negative impact to the health of the abusers, some of the ways it can interrupt your health include;
1. It leads to change of appetite, making you not to have appetite for food. This is a serious health issue.
2. It can lead to an immediate change in mood and cognitive function.
3. Drug abuse can lead to memory loss, which can result to other bad consequences.
4. It can lead to the damage of some important body organs.
5. Drug abuse can result to heart and lungs diseases.
6. Drug abuse can lead to many cancer diseases.
7. No hard saying that drug abuse can lead to untimely death.

Once again, remember that it does not cost anything to exercise yourself, at least ones in four days or even ones a week, if you cannot do it every day. On the other hand, if you stay months or years without participating on exercise, the question is;

Staying so long without involving or engaging yourself in any exercise have so many health threating impacts, which include;
1. Lack of exercise increases the risk of type 2 diabetes, a very deadly health issue.

There are many factors that contribute to this poor sleep. Majorly it is as a result of trying to meet up or cover up the lapses in business, as to make more profit. To so many other people, it is as a result of distractions of the heart, while to others it is as a result of entertainments or night parties. Nobody is telling you here not to go for your party. But your health first before party, because only a healthy man can host a party. Also in your attending of party, calculate your time, your sleeping hours and your health. But nonmatter whatever factor that makes you to deny yourself proper sleep, those factors can never be remember if you are to fall sick. You see the reason this blog spot is only meant for those who love and value their health and life, because the otherwise cannot understand. If you choose to be healthy, then it takes a lot of prices and sacrifices. Sometimes you forget what would have given you pleasure because you want to retain and maintain good health. Any ways, the negative impact of poor sleep in interrupting your health, is quite clear and obvious. But the question still remain;
HOW CAN POOR SLEEP INTERRUPT YOUR HEALTH?
If you have formed the habit of denying yourself sleep or having too much sleepless nights, here are the implications;
1. Poor sleep can lead to weight gain by increasing the consumption of food. That is obesity.

MOOD DETERIORATION:
Can I vividly made this to be known to you, whenever your mood is deteriorated, your health is likely going to be interrupted. Ask me why? The reason is, there is a direct connection between someone's mood and health. When you are always in an unhappy, sorrowful, and sad mood, there are certain sicknesses and ill health that takes advantage of that condition to interrupt your health. For example; If you always find yourself in an unhappy mood, certain health challenges like high blood pressure, increase in blood sugar level and sleeplessness, will take advantage of your bad mood to bring with them other sicknesses. For this, if you don't want your health to be interrupted, you must learn the act of staying in a happy mood. It is obvious that the situation surrounding so many countries of the world have nothing to make one happy. But for the sake of your health, I will advice you to choose remaining happy despite what. Research have shown that those who always stay on a happy mood have more chances of remaining healthy, than the otherwise. This is what my friend and musician Bobby MCFerrin saw when he composed the song, "Don't Worry Be Happy." Actually it costs nothing to stay happy, but the cost of healing the sickness or taking care of the health challenges which bad mood can bring, is too expensive. The world around us is full of provocations, situations and circumstances, that can change our mood any time, any moment. But as someone that doesn't want you healthy life to be interrupted, you must choose to be happy. To this end, I will take you through some of the ways bad mood can interrupt human healthy living. Therefore;
HOW CAN MOOD DETERIORATION INTERRUPT YOUR HEALTH?
When we talk about mood deterioration, we mean any thing that can make you feel bad, abnormal and totally different from your known way of behavior. When this happens, it has some health consequences which may include any of the following;
1. Mood deterioration can affect your ability to focus, and this can lead to serious injuries or accident.
2. Mood deterioration can affect human energy level, thereby reducing the quality of your life.
3. Mood deterioration can lead to anxiety and crankiness.
4. Bad mood can affect your feeding and sleeping pattern, which can also affect your body weight.
5. Mood deterioration can raise the thought of committing suicide.
6. When you are always feeling bad, it will make you to be restless and you will find it difficult to relax. This can also interrupt your health.
7. Mood deterioration, can make you feel aggressive with every body or situations around you, which can also interrupt your health in one way or the other.
All these are the various ways your healthy living can be interrupted by a simple negative change of mood. Hence, I say again, "don't worry, don't sorrow, be happy"
In conclusion, the price you pay to maintain the above principles, will help you to maintain 365 days, without your health being interrupted, from year to year . So, if you can keep to this, you will notice that your life will take a better shape than before. No time to die! Sorrow and worry can't take any of your challenges, it can't correct the bad economy of your country, neither can it dethrone bad leaders. Therefore, try to embrace the atmosphere of joy, happiness and peace of mind, your health and life are more important than your challenges.
