When you are well, healthy and strong, there is no doubt that you can be able and agile to carry out your daily activities without feeling or experiencing fatigue and vice versa. Therefore the desire of everyone is to feel healthy and strong at any given time, because in the atmosphere of good and sound health, free from body weaknesses, many visions are actualized and many set goals accomplished. For this purpose, we shall be considering on today's content:

       5 SIMPLE TACTICAL WAYS TO OVERCOME BODY WEAKNESS

Before we shall enter fully into today's topic, here are some questions which I shall be providing the answer based on the topic of today's content:

1. What is body weakness?

2. What are the categories of body weakness?

4. What shows that someone is having body weakness?

5. What are the 5 simple tactical ways of overcoming body weakness?

Haven't seen the questions above, we now dive in to do justice to them, one after the other:

                  WHAT IS BODY WEAKNESS

The idea of body weakness refers to a condition where someone lack physical strength, energy, endurance and capability to carry out his normal activities. That means whenever you see what you normally do and there is no strength with which you can do that thing, although you want to, it simply means that you are experiencing a body weakness at that particular time. 

Note; body weakness does not always mean that you are sick, but it can also stop you from actualizing your daily goals. This is why, you need to fight and overcome body weakness, because anything that would not want you to achieve your daily goals is your enemy. Some times you know the importance and have seen the need to do what you want to do, but because of the weaknesses of the body, you begin to procrastinate, even when it is  needed urgently. Thus, whenever you are having body weakness, you can hardly or never achieve your desire nonmatter how important or urgently that desire is needed. So, body weakness is not normal, though you may feel weak after doing certain works, but if you noticed that you are experiencing weaknesses all over your body, even when there is no tangible work that you have done, you need to rise up and fight it as a matter of urgency. we now move over to the next question. 

     WHAT ARE THE CATEGORIES OF BODY WEAKNESS?

You may be asking whether body weakness have classifications, the answer is yes. And right here, I am going to explore through the different categories of body weakness we have currently. There are three major types of  body weakness, classified based on the areas you are experiencing the weakness. These include:

1. Localized Body Weakness: This is the category of body weakness that affects only a specific part of the body, like; the hands, the arms, the legs, etc. When any of these parts of your body feels weak, it will affect the whole body. because you cannot be able to carry out your normal activities. Even if you may, you will not carry them out like normal.

2. Muscle Body Weakness: This is another category of body weakness in which you will find it very difficult to move or lift objects or loads, as a result of a reduced muscle strength. In this case, your daily activities have suffered a ship wreck, because you cannot be able to achieve anything. This type of body weakness is very dangerous, because man cannot stay without doing one work or the other and survive on earth. Because they said, "For man must work." 

3. Generalized Body Weakness: This is the last category of body weakness, based on today's content. It is a situation in which you are felling fatigue, tired and lacking energy all through your body, both in and out. This is the most dangerous type of body weakness, because it renders the man idle and make him seem useless, although he understood the need to work, but with this category of body weakness, he totally abstain from any physical activities.

Now that we have seen the 3 categories of body weakness we have, what is left?

                WHAT CAUSES BODY WEAKNESS?

There are many factors that can be responsible for body weakness, of which some of them we are going to consider right now. The major causes of body weakness include;

1. Lack of physical exercises: When you stay months, or even years without taking part on any physical exercise, including the simple running exercise, it means you are weakening your muscles. And this can result to body weakness. It will get to a point where your muscles cannot be able to participate in any physical activity, because of total muscle weakness. That is why, as you exercise everyday, you are training your muscle against weakness, so that when physical activities come up, you muscles will not seem to be weak to carryout its task.

2. Nutritional deficiencies: This is another factor that can be responsible for body weakness. This is because the nutrient in what you eat everyday as food can encourage or fight body weakness. Food items that have insufficient protein, vitamins and minerals, can result into a total body weakness.

3. Aging: Obviously, the rate of body weakness, especially the muscle category, always increase with age. So as one gets older, the age-related muscle loss known as sarcopenia, can contribute to body weakness.

4. Medications: The side effect from certain drugs and medications can result to body weakness. So there are medication which can make you to be totally weak, that is why your doctor will always tell you to relax after using such medications.

5. Medical conditions: There are so many medical conditions that can lead to body weakness. Such conditions like; anemia, diabetes or neurological disorders can result to total body weakness.

These are the major causes of body weakness. Thus we enter into the next question;

      WHAT SHOWS THAT SOMEONE IS HAVING BODY WEAKNESS?

Whenever body weakness sets in, the signs and symptoms are never hidden. But for the purpose of your total understanding of this content, I will like to take you through some of the things that shows or reveals that someone is having a body weakness. These include;

1. Difficulty to perform normal daily activities: If you have been in a state where you see yourself not being able to do the things which you normally do everyday, it means you are having body weakness. Thus when someone is no longer able to carryout his or her daily physical activities, this is an evidence that body weakness has set in. You can sweep then and you can't now, you can cook then and you can't now, you can walk then and you can't now, you can wash then and you can't now, you can work then and you can't now and so on, all these can tell that the person is having body weakness and needs attention.

2. Muscle fatigue: After certain physical activities and you experienced that your muscles are tired or achy, it means body weakness has set in. So check the condition of your muscles each time you come out of any physical activities, it will tell you, if you are having body weakness or not.

3. Lack of endurance: Endurance is an essential component of performance-related physical fitness. If during physical activities, you noticed that your muscles can no longer sustain you through out the activities, it is an evidence of body weakness.

4. Standing and walking difficulties: A person that is having body weakness, finds it very difficult to stand or walk, rather he choose lying down. Especially leg and feet categories of body weakness.

To this end, we shall be considering the last question that formed the foundation of our today's content. That is;

WHAT ARE THE 5 SIMPLE TACTICAL WAYS OF OVERCOMING BODY WEAKNESS?

To overcome or manage body weakness have not been so easy, because life on earth is full of many activities that can make you feel or experience body weakness, even when you don't want to. Therefore if you don't always want to experience weakness in your body, it is important for you to do the following:

1. INVOLVE IN REGULAR EXERCISE: Exercising on a regular basis, either; daily, weekly or monthly, is a very powerful and strong tactics to ward off body weakness of any category. That is why in my blog, I like including exercise, because the more regularly you exercise, the healthier and stronger you become. Hence, anyone that is always found on the platform of exercise will hardly complain of having body weakness. Enquire this from our active football players; Osimhen, Lookman, Borniface, Ekon, Iheanachor, Iwobi, Chukwueze, etc. Check out the secret of their regular participation in any football match, without experience of body weakness, it is their regularity in exercise. Because I know Victor Osimhen exercises everyday.

2. BALANCED NUTRITION: Take this from me, "If you want to live a balanced healthy and strong life, eat a balanced well prepared diet." How balanced the food nutrient you eat everyday is, has become a parameter to measure how healthy and strong you will be when it comes to involving in physical activities. Many people that experience body weakness during physical activities, check it, is as a result of the regular consumption of a imbalance and non nutritious meal. If you don't need body weakness in your life, it becomes paramount that you don't eat whatever that is called food, but be calculative to know the type of nutrient available in the so called foods. It has been proved that foods rich in protein, vitamins and minerals are good in fighting body weakness. So cherish them, seek for them, find them, get them, include them in your daily diet and body weakness must be conquered.

3. FIGHT THE UNDERLYING CONDITIONS: If your own body weakness is as a result of one sickness or the other, what are you still waiting for? Do you want it to get you down? Rise up and seek for medical attention. My blog encourages going to hospital, treatment of sicknesses and destroying any enemy of your good and sound health, of which sickness is the number one. So if you notice that you are experiencing certain body weaknesses due to the presence of sickness, do well and consult your doctor, don't die in silence. This is because any sickness you refused to get out of your body, is likely to get you down, even through their weaknesses and what have you.

4. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER: The human body system needs enough to function very well and to help you remain healthy, strong and have more energy for physical activities. When your body is dehydrated, there is every tendency that you will experience body weakness.

5. HAVE A GOOD SLEEP SCHEDULE: Don't be to much overwhelmed with the desire to accumulate wealth and neglect the need to sleep.  When you have enough sleeping hours, it will also help to overcome and prevent body weaknesses. You see the reason if you don't sleep well in the night, the following day you are likely going to experience some body weaknesses.

This brings us to the end of today's topic, but in summary; remember anything that makes you to be weak is not normal, you need to fight and overcome it immediately because it is there to stop you not to actualize your goals. So body weakness is not to be pampered or allowed to stay with us  or in us as humans.
